We've been making a shipping bikes to customers all over the world for 10 years. We've developed our own specialist packaging and bike box, made from recycled cardboard and minimal plastic, ensuring your bike arrives in perfect condition.

All orders will be sent directly from our workshop.
Please note that all product prices displayed exclude taxes, which will be payable upon receiving your order.
Home Delivery $95 / bike
Have your lovely new bike shipped directly to you. Your bike will arrive 95% assembled, and just require a few simple steps to get rolling.
Non-Bike shipping costs & options
All non-bike shipping options cover parts, accessories, framesets and apparel and can be home delivery or collect from store.
Please note that all product prices displayed exclude taxes, which will be payable upon receiving your order.
Small Items
$10 - $22 depending on size. This will be calculated at the checkout.
Large Items
$30 - $45 depending on size. This will be calculated at the checkout.
This includes things like framesets or wheels.
Delivery & Collection times
Bikes : In-stock
10-14 days
Depending on how busy we are. We also state an estimated delivery time on the product page for clarity.
Bikes : Built-to-order
2-4 weeks
Built-to-order bikes include our Gravel and Road bikes and the estimated delivery time will be stated on the product page.
Non-Bikes
5-10 days
Please note that faster shipping options may be available at the checkout.
Further Information
All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
We offer a 30 day return period for all our bikes because the best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it. Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible, then we can arrange a collection from your address.
You can test ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.
